Most of the illustrations are not for any project or client. Rather, they are good time pass and I enjoy spending time on that as much as possible.

Nostalgia

This is my grand father’s house where I used to  play when I was about 8 yrs. I did not know I could draw this  in my later years 

For that doctoral candidate which has just finished a dissertation term paper writing, the abstract may be the hardest write-up yet – summarizing a couple of days in the office and understanding gathering in a single page. Individuals devilish details keep sneaking in! Regrettably, advisors and committees feel essential to reject no underneath the initial proposal, finding factors which are missing otherwise fully discussed. Plus frustration, you come back to revise and re-write, wondering when the whole project is even useful.

On the new year day I started drawing from my memory. My folks were amazed – went back about 30 years, started talking about those days. I have plans to draw more sketches where no one has any photos to see their early days.
